Please select the option that works for you: $0 — Free RSVP $10 — General $20 — Extra Support $30 — Pay It Forward Join us for an evening tracing the far-ranging career of multidisciplinary artist Doug Aitken. For over thirty years, Aitken has pushed his practice across disciplines and formats spanning film, multichannel video, sound, and performance. The work often stays rooted in an evolving inquiry into how we build landscapes, inhabit environments, and share experiences themselves. He’s best known for expansive, often site-specific works where “site” can mean the physical space a piece inhabits or an excavation of the living history embedded in a place.
SFMOMA does not have a dedicated parking garage, but nearby paid parking garages are available in the SoMa district. Visitors are encouraged to use public transportation, rideshare, biking, or BART/Muni due to limited downtown parking availability
