What is MUSAY?
MUSAY is a mobile app that helps you discover museum events, exhibits, and cultural experiences in Nashville. You can browse what's happening, purchase event passes, and get personalized recommendations based on your interests.
Is MUSAY free to download?
Yes, MUSAY is free to download on iOS and Android. Some events require purchasing a pass through the app.
How do I purchase an event pass?
Find the event you're interested in, tap to view details, and follow the checkout flow. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once purchased, your pass with a QR code will appear in the app.
How does the QR code work at the venue?
When you arrive, venue staff will scan the QR code on your pass using MUSAY's scanner. The system validates your pass in real time and confirms your entry.
How do I find and add friends?
Use the search feature in the app to find friends by name. You can send friend requests, and once connected, share experiences and see what events your friends are attending.
What is MyStory?
MyStory is an AI-guided conversation experience you can have during or after a museum visit. It captures your reflections and turns them into a personalized keepsake that gets emailed to you.

How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to your profile settings, and select "Delete Account." You can also visit musay.com and use the Delete Account link in the footer. This will permanently remove your account and associated data.
What museums and institutions are on MUSAY?
MUSAY currently features museums and cultural venues in the Nashville, Tennessee area. We're always adding new partners — if your favorite spot isn't listed yet, let us know.
I purchased a pass but didn't receive it. What do I do?
Check the "My Passes" section in the app — your pass should appear there after purchase. If it's missing, reach out to us at help@musay.com with your purchase details and we'll sort it out.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. MUSAY never stores your credit card information directly.
