Getting there
The Western Railway Museum provides free on-site parking in its own lot, which meets ADA standards along with the Visitor Center, restrooms, Depot Café, and car houses. The museum sits on Highway 12 halfway between Suisun City and Rio Vista, about one hour from San Francisco or Sacramento and 35 minutes from the Napa Valley. Public transit is not a practical option on weekends: the Capitol Corridor train reaches the Suisun City/Fairfield station, but the connecting Delta Breeze bus runs…
