The opening reception for “Cultivar” on Thursday, November 19, from 5:00–8:00 PM, is free and open to the public. All work is available for purchase. Cultivar, a new solo exhibition by Nashville-born and -based visual artist Maggie Sanger, opens Thursday, November 19, at Haley Gallery with a reception, free and open to the public. The exhibition furthers major themes in Sanger’s work—balance, rhythm, and movement. Inspired by an apple shape emerging from one of Sanger’s geometric compositions, the exhibit plays with recognition and abstraction, exploring the abundance that can exist within constraint.
